A basic collaborative working model works like this:

- You have proven usability consulting and user research expertise.
- You'd like to do the consulting, scripting and project mgmt. in a study
- We provide you recruiting services (optional)
- We use our technology to help you collect the data.
- We provide you the results and raw data.
- You perform the final analysis
