Alfonso has BA in 'International Business' from San José State University (1996) and has lived through the birth of the WWW. His career has always been related to the Internet and the IT sector, having worked in companies such as Dell Computer, Icon Medialab and Kristina Internet Business Solutions.
Alfonso is in charge of Sales & Marketing at UserZoom. He has over 10 years' experience in User-centered Design. He's a Usability and Interactive Marketing professor at the Instituto de Comercio Electrónico y Márketing Directo (ICEMD) in Madrid and Barcelona.
He earned a full sports scholarship to play basketball for SJSU at the NCAA league.
Xavier holds a university degree in Law, from the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, specialized in European and International Law by Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen. Also completed a MBA from Esade Business School.
His professional career has been always closely related to Internet, usability and eMarketing. With over 8 years' experience in the field, he's contributed to the launch of various Internet 'start-ups' and has worked for the Marketing Department in Dannon. He is in charge of Operations and leads a team of over 10 people, including Researchers and Technical Consultants, to create and develop UserZoom-based studies, for companies in Europe and the USA, for brands such as eBay.com, Monster.com, Canon, Motorola, Orange, Yahoo, among others. .
During the weekend, he enjoys his favorite sport: Golf.
Javier holds and MBA from Esade Business School with specialization in Internet Strategy from the University de Chicago and a degree in Law from the Universidad de Barcelona.
Javier is responsible of Finance at UserZoom. He also has over 8 year's experience in te web design and usability field. He is Professor of “Human Computer Interaction” in the UOC and visiting professor in IQS and La Salle, among others.
He enjoys reading, playing Paddle Tennis and practicing Yoga.
Kim has over ten years research experience working at companies such as Filemaker Inc, Macromedia, and most recently Visto Corporation. In her most recent position at Visto, Kim integrated user research into the company road maps as a sole researcher. In that, Kim set usability standards, and procedures.
She managed research consultants and produced a usability training video to ensure research efforts were duplicated to the highest standard. She has recently joined us at UserZoom, USA to manage research projects and client interaction.
Carlos has over 9 years experience in Usability, User Experience and Research. His background includes working at two of Spain's most prominent companies in the usability sector - Telefónica I+D, the largest Spanish Research and Development company, and Xperience Consulting, the leading Usability and User Experience company in Spain.
Carlos is UserZoom's European Sr. Research Manager, leading large national and international projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, with speciality in Cognitive Science and Psychology.
