How Does It Work?

The true value of benchmarking studies with UserZoom lies in the fact that it's based on real user ratios and rankings. Different groups of users perform the same tasks and answer the same questions about a number of competing sites.

For example, 600 users are divided evenly across 3 websites. Each group of 200 answers the same questions and UserZoom determines which site performs best.  Example results:

Best overall customer experience
Highest success rates
Best Net Promoter Score (recommendation from users to friends)
Best Feature, Worst Feature
