UserZoom does not collect personally identifiable information. All responses to survey questions are stored against an anonymous ID number. However, it may be necessary for us, at certain times, to reveal statistical information regarding the UserZoom site to third parties. Personal information is only collected if you specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis. We make every effort to ensure that your information is maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Visitor information collected via online forms and surveys is made available only for internal use by UserZoom, for research and marketing purposes.
UserZoom may use, distribute or sell the use of user experience anonymous data obtained from measuring any websites on the Internet that either is publicly accessible without special passwords to any user with a web browser or requires a special password that UserZoom legitimately obtains for its own account.

"Cookies" are small text files stored on a study participants hard drive; not on our site. UserZoom only uses cookies to prevent participants from taking the same survey multiple times. We do not use "tracking cookies."

UserZoom will not reveal to any customer what URLs or transactions another customer is measuring. UserZoom will not reveal to any customer any proprietary consulting reports.
In no event will UserZoom be liable for any damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any web sites linked to this site, or the materials or information or services contained at this site or any or all such third party sites. You specifically acknowledge and agree that UserZoom will not be held liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct on the part of our clients or of any other Web site(s) to which UserZoom is linked.
