Mobile Interface Testing

Developing a mobile app?

You can perform remote tests of your mobile app using our online 'phone simulators'.  Test content, navigation flow, iconography, etc. as a complement to qualitative testing in the Lab environment.

Access hundreds of users worldwide to give you valuable feedback on usability, navigation, taxonomy, etc.

How Does It Work?

UserZoom is capable of testing most web-based mobile emulators. Depending on how the phone simulator is built, we will be able to track the clickstreams and clickmapping in task-based studies.

Please contact us to find out if your web-based mobile emulator is compatible with UserZoom or if you’d like to learn more about building a UserZoom-compatible emulator.

What Do You Get?

Mobile interface testing is much like an Online Usability Study.  You get similar results:

Effectiveness ratios (% of users that complete a task successfully)
Reasons why users have problems and abandon a task
Efficiency ratios (# of clicks and time dedicated to each task)
Clickstream paths
Clickmapping
Users' suggestions and feedback
Satisfaction and perception indicators
