New Search Engine Experience: Powered by Inbenta

The Internet has become a content nightmare and even having Google around, search can be quite a tedious task.

For example, we know that, our site (which is not that big at all), is now full of content related to remote UX research. Yet we know how challenging it can be to find articles and webinars from the past.

Say you were searching for a specific answer to a question you had, like…”formats in which UserZoom can export data.” One way to go about this search is to type a few keywords – such as ‘export reports’, or ‘report formats’, etc. Perhaps a bit of a complex search task. A much more human and natural way to search would be to ask in the form of a question:

What formats do you export your data to?”, or…

Do you export data in ppt?”

Well, we’ve just optimized the search experience on our site by using Inbenta’s Semantic Search Engine. Basically, we think it should significantly help our visitors (and you!) find the right content. As they say on their site:“[Their technology] is based on the latest developments of the Meaning-Text Theory and provides real search experiences using natural language.”

Check it out for yourself and start searching!
