How we use your personal information
UserZoom collects your information in order to record, support and facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. If you register to a Webinar, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the Webinar details. Your personal information may also be used to track customer preferences to provide a customized Site experience and keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of UserZoom and selected Providers unless you have opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by law.
UserZoom may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the number of downloads, types of products visited, how many users we receive daily, Site pages visited, and the IP address of your computer.
UserZoom may use aggregate, nonidentifying statistical data for improving the Site and the Products and Services, providing more relevant experiences to our customers and for statistical analysis.
Communications from the site
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. If you wish to no longer receive these emails you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the email communications you receive.

Our third party advertising partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
As is true of most Web sites, we use a third party tracking-utility partner gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
