UserZoom’s Web Voice of Customer (VoC) solution makes it easy for you to find out things like:

Our VoC solution allows you to run what we call True Intent Studies. You can survey real visitors AFTER their interaction with your website and determine just how successful you site really is.
All you need to do is place a javascript code (our tool generates it for you) in the page where you want to intercept visitors. Visitors see an invitation and can volunteer to participate (see video clip up above). These types of studies can be conducted in short periods of time, over the course of a week or two, conducted quarterly and/or per design change, or on a yearly basis. They can be used to capture traffic on high volume days (such as a major holidays) and gather information on the differences in satisfaction according to the day your site is hit.
