Mobile Usability Test
Basic definition
A product especially designed to perform remote tests of mobile interfaces with real users and quantify its usability and user experience ratios.
Through our own sophisticated remote user testing technology, UserZoom, and the development of so-called 'phone simulators', we perform remote studies of real mobile interfaces or prototypes.
This service is the perfect and often necessary complement of a qualitative mobile usability test in the Lab environment. Although users do not have the phone terminal on their hands, they do see what’s on the screen and, therefore, can interact with the simulator and evaluate usability, information architecture, navigation, taxonomy, etc.
As with any other UZ product, this approach to mobile usability testing allows us to perfom studies over large user groups, geographically dispersed, both on a local and international market.
