UserZoom Technologies, Inc. complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, UserZoom Technologies, Inc. is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, UserZoom Technologies, Inc. may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Information we collect
- Information From Other Sources: We may obtain additional information about you by using your email address, or other information, to directly, or through one or more services, search over the internet, or elsewhere. How we use your personal information
UserZoom collects your information in order to record, support and facilitate your participation in the activities you select and to prevent fraud and unlawful use. If you register to a Webinar, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the Webinar details. Your personal information may also be used to track customer preferences to provide a customized Site experience and keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of UserZoom and selected Providers unless you have opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by law.
UserZoom may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the number of downloads, types of products visited, how many users we receive daily, Site pages visited, and the IP address of your computer.
UserZoom may use nonidentifying statistical data for improving the Site and the Products and Services, providing more relevant experiences to our customers and for statistical analysis.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s) or marketing communications, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter or marketing communication to you. Upon request UserZoom will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Social media features and widgets
We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
