About participants’ recruitment
There are 3 different ways to recruit your participants:
- Panel recruitment. To easily find and recruit, both local and international, target users and also manage their incentives. See more information about our panel and user recruitment capabilities.
- Interception. Participants are intercepted on the Website with popup and invited to participate to your study.
- By e-mail. If you have your own database or would like to invite your own clients, you can send them an invitation link by e-mail.
About the data collection process
There are 3 different options to collect your data:
- UZ Non-download browser bar: users do NOT need to download anything to participate in a study.
- UZ Non-download browser bar + Javascript: users do NOT need to download anything to participate in a study. However, we insert a javascript piece of code in the website in order to track click-streams and other data.
- UZ ActiveX browser bar (requires download & install): users need to download a light plug-in* to participate in a study. Thanks to it, we have direct communication with the user’s browser and, therefore, highly detailed UX data is collected.
Sophisticated browser bar capable of capturing user's behavior like no other tool in the market. It includes very accurate event-tracking technology to collect all the information generated during the user's interaction. Its highly accurate technology includes:
- Track pages (Urls, page titles, parameters, etc.)
- Track ALL possible clicks (links, non-links, buttons, drop-downs, check-boxes, right-button)
- Collect inserted information (on search engines, forms, fields, etc.)
- High accuracy with javascript, frames, dynamic pages, ajax, etc.
- Collect time on page and on each task
- Compatible with trackable Flash objects & and HTTPS
*An easy, secure and fast installation process just before the study begins. We ask users to install an app because it offers a way to obtain very rich and detailed information about their behavior. And by the way, we also make it extremely easy for users to uninstall the plug-in.
