Caroline Garner has spent her entire career in the UX industry, from usability firms to full-service digital agencies and beyond. Prior to UserZoom, she was a freelancer employing her research skills in user interaction and experience with online accessibility, particularly blind and low vision. Caroline has a Master’s Degree in Information Systems with a focus in Human Centered Computing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
