Sara is a Research Partner with UserZoom, meaning she helps customers achieve their UX goals through onboarding, workshops and strategic guidance. Previously, Sara conducted market research for Fortune 500 companies like Google, McDonald’s and others, but wanted to take on a more consultative role. The deep empathy that UserZoom allows customers to develop for users, in addition to its focus on measurement, is what attracted Sara to the company.
