UserZoom appoints new executive as COO

February 13, 2018

UserZoom, the leading User Experience research and usability testing SaaS platform, has appointed a new top executive to join its rapidly expanding team in order to help enterprises improve the user experience.

“We’re extremely fortunate to have Bill join the executive team. He’s not only a very experienced SaaS professional, he’s also a great guy,” says UserZoom Co-Founder & CEO Alfonso de la Nuez. “Among other positions, Bill has worked with Dan Fishback, our Chairman of the BOD, and with John Crouch, our SVP of Sales, as COO at DemandTec. DemandTec is a super successful company that went public and ended up getting acquired by IBM. I can’t say enough how excited we are to have someone like that on our team!”

UserZoom’s strategy is to build the most robust UX insights solution for enterprises that care about building great experiences, and part of this strategy involves investing in the executive team as much as the product.

As UserZoom continues to scale, it will be Bill’s years of extensive leadership experience that will ensure they continue to deliver on the needs of their Enterprise customer base. Bill will also be instrumental in the integration of WhatUsersDo, the leading European research technology company that UserZoom recently acquired.

“UserZoom has the industry-leading solution to help enterprise companies improve the user experience of their web and mobile properties,” says Bill Phelps. “I am thrilled to join the company to help the team drive operational excellence in the next phase of rapid growth.”
