UserZoom, the leading User Experience research and usability testing SaaS platform, has added a new industry expert to join its advisory board in order to help enterprises improve the user experience.
UserZoom, the leading User Experience research and usability testing SaaS company, announced today that Christian Rohrer, PhD has joined as a new member of the UserZoom Advisory Board. Rohrer, the ex-VP of Design, Research and Enterprise Services in Capital One’s Digital division, will advise the company on a variety of product, strategy and marketing initiatives.
Rohrer is a User Experience Design and Research Executive with over 20 years experience running design and research at top Internet, mobile and tech companies. As a leader, he has specialized in attracting and retaining top UX and Product talent and developing them to reach their full potential. He authored a popular framework for understanding user research methods for the Nielsen Norman Group, and recently pioneered a pragmatic method for quantifying ease of use for any product or application.

His joining UserZoom’s Advisory Board comes at a time when the company is experiencing explosive growth, following UserZoom’s round A funding in 2015 and the acquisition of leading user research companies YouEye in 2016 and WhatUsersDo at the start of 2018.
These acquisitions, along with ongoing platform optimization and capability enhancements like remote moderated testing, further their focus on providing fast and high value qualitative feedback that aligns with their customers’ high pace usability testing needs, and serves UserZoom’s mission of providing customers with the all means needed for them to create better user experiences.
