Condé Nast International Develops Customer Experience with UX Testing Solution UserZoom
Vogue, GQ, and Vanity Fair owner will deploy remote testing to enable rapid improvements to user experience across their brands
Global media organisation Condé Nast International has partnered with UserZoom, the leading user experience research platform, to enable widespread usability testing as part of a drive to improve customer experience across its brands.
With publications such as Vogue, GQ and Wired in its portfolio, Condé Nast International will utilise UserZoom’s remote testing software to run unmoderated research, to evaluate how its websites are performing and identify areas for improvement.
