Information we collect from children

When a Study Creator (“Customer”) wishes to include children as participants we require the Customer to certify that they have the parental consent for the child to participate in the study. We store the survey data from the study for the Customer.

Customers are provided with a unique URL to pages that house their survey. There is no advertising, promotions or marketing on the survey pages. There are no links out from the survey and there is no use of third party service providers on these pages. There is no tracking or analytics on the survey pages.

UserZoom collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Please review the Customer’s privacy policy for more information on their privacy practices.

UserZoom collects user feedback and behavioral data such as user paths, click coordinates and survey responses, which are then aggregated to highlight broader insights rather than individual participants. UserZoom does collect audio recordings and video images of participants as part of survey responses but only when the Customer has the correct level of parent consent.

How we use the information collected

The survey data is solely for the use of the Customer and all information is confidential. No data is sold or shared with any other third parties and is collected strictly for the internal support of the Customer’s service.
