(including its parent/subsidiary company(ies), such as User Zoom, Inc., UserZoom Limited, and UserZoom GmbH) participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework ( “Privacy Shield Framework”). We are committed to processing all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, in reliance upon the Privacy Shield Framework, in accordance with the Framework’s applicable Principles. We are responsible for the processing of personal data we receive under the Privacy Shield Framework, and may subsequently transfer such data to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. Information we collect
- Information From Other Sources. We may obtain additional information about you by using your email address, or other information, to directly, or through one or more services, search over the internet, or elsewhere. We thereby obtain information that appears to be related to such email address or other information, such as a name, age, company and position. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you. If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
How we use your personal information
UserZoom collects your information in order to record, support and facilitate your participation in the activities you choose and to prevent fraudulent and unlawful use. If you register to a Webinar, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the Webinar details. Your personal information may also be used to track customer preferences to provide a customized Website experience and keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of UserZoom and selected third-party providers, unless you have opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by applicable law.
UserZoom may collect information about the use of the Website, such as the number of downloads, types of products and/or services viewed, how many Website users we receive daily, Website pages visited, and the IP address of your computer.
UserZoom may use non-identifying statistical data for purposes of improving the Website and our products and services, in order to provide more relevant experiences to our customers and for statistical analysis.
Communications you may receive - Newsletters
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and the email address provided to send the newsletter to you. If you wish to no longer receive these emails you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the email communications you receive or contact us directly at email@example.com.
Our third party service providers
We may use third parties such as an email service provider, to send out emails and/or provide cloud-computing infrastructure (i.e., datacenter services) and job application on our behalf. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for such third parties to provide the relevant services.

UserZoom acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 30 days.

We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our Website or to manage our advertising on other websites. As is true of most websites, we use a third party tracking-utility partner gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We post customer testimonials on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information. However, we do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting their name together with their testimonial. Surveys and contests
From time to time, we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys or contests conducted either by us or our clients. If you participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose such information. The requested information typically includes contact information such as e-mail address, name, company and position, and demographic information.
We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor website traffic or personalize a website (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys), and to send participants email newsletters (provided that the participants have validly opted in to receive such email newsletters).
