Our platform is designed with data security in mind and incorporates multiple safeguards to protect your data. We have a dedicated Security Team responsible for coordinating and implementing industry best practices such as vulnerability assessments, regular source code reviews, internal risk assessments and internal security procedures maintenance.
UserZoom also performs an annual Penetration Testing OWASP Top 10 done by an industry reputable third-party provider.
We utilize some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. UserZoom is hosted in a secure server environment, setup and continuously monitored to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Data in transit is transferred under a secure TLS channel encrypted with AES-256 bit. Data is also encrypted at rest with AES-256 bit. The UserZoom platform as well as all of our datacenters are SOC2 Type II certified.
We do not collect personally identifiable information about participants except when participants specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis. We will make every effort to ensure that whatever information participants provide is maintained in a secure environment. We are fully GDPR compliant.
You can give anyone permission to access any project, or keep anyone from seeing any project. During the account setup process we will define your settings with you. UserZoom also includes Single Sign-On (SSO) federation capabilities, in order to allow customers to login to the platform using their own authentication infrastructure.
Data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. We can perform a full backup recovery in the event of a system‐wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant, so even if one disk or server fails, nothing will be lost and the system will not go down. Our service availability is over 99%.
