UserZoom customers more than doubled the volume of monthly UX research done in 2018 from 2017.
UserZoom, the UX Insights Company™, announced today that its customers more than doubled the volume of monthly UX research done in 2018 from 2017. UserZoom’s goal has always been to “democratize UX” – making it easier, faster and more collaborative for all teams to conduct UX research through improvements to the UserZoom platform as well as by benefiting from UserZoom’s best-in-class professional services.
Alfonso de la Nuez, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of UserZoom, said, “We’re obviously thrilled to see the rapid growth in adoption metrics since it’s the ultimate demonstration of user satisfaction. UserZoom’s UX Insights Platform offers unparalleled versatility for UX research through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods that are seamlessly integrated within an all-in-one solution. Thanks to IntelliZoom, our automated participant sourcing, we’re seeing growth in both the total number of studies completed as well as the types of studies conducted, from usability testing, UX benchmarking, click testing, card sorting and online surveys.”
When looking at what contributed to the more than doubling of monthly UX research engagements, UserZoom focused on two major updates that they implemented in 2018 alongside their ongoing product enhancements.
The first was the acquisition of the U.K. based usability company WhatUsersDo, which improved the overall quality and technology of UserZoom’s participant panel. The second was the introduction of IntelliZoom, UserZoom’s automated participant sourcing across multiple research methods and international markets, within a single platform (an industry first.)
Santander UK, one of the leading personal financial services companies in the United Kingdom and one of the largest providers of mortgages and savings in the United Kingdom, had this to say about UserZoom’s automated participant sourcing capability:
“The auto-launch functionality has been a ground-breaking advancement within the platform. It’s very easy to use and I am very impressed with the speed of study fulfillment. We have also been very impressed with the results and quality of the videos. It has already played a key part in validating prototypes/ concepts for projects we are working on.”
